The kitchen hours are listed as below, however the bar is most always open until at least midnight and can run until 2:00am depending upon the crowd.

We have a complete/turnkey 15 bbl Pub steam jacketed brewing system available. It’s been in storage for the last five years.

4 – 15 bbl fermenters
2 – 30 bbl fermenters
6 – 15 bbl brite tanks
1 – 7 bbl grundy

We also have restaurant equipment, front & back of the house equipment, and office equipment available, too.

Our Story

We got our brewing start back in 1994 when our company founder, Mr. Troy Paski decided to make the jump from homebrewing to commercial brewing. At the time, craftbrewing was in its infancy and not many people were familiar with locally brewed beer. We opened a brewpub in East Sacramento in 1999.

Throughout the years we have provided our customers with an exciting experience in both the food we provided and the beer we produced. We recently moved the brewing operations to Broadway and 24th St in order to continue to evolve as the industry matures. We also opened a community taphouse in Old Sacramento at 1022 2nd St. in 2018. We are excited about providing locally sourced options in the Food and Beverage category at our new Railyard Kitchen & Hopgarden.
