The Kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant serving a six-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon the best and freshest ingredients available, most of which are procured locally and regionally. Spring may be behind us, but the way we think about food never changes. Chef Gio Gio Sarmiento on our delta asparagus crepe, his favorite spring flavor pairings, and how a menu and experience actually come together at the kitchen.

Thank you to Jason Elam who came to one of our demonstration dinners with his wife, got talking with Gio mid-course about how we build our menus, and came back with a camera to dig in further. We loved having you back in the kitchen, and we can’t wait to have you again.
