Kupros Craft House is Sacramento’s premier craft style bar and grill situated in a classic 1910 Craftsman structure. Completely renovated in 2010 with the ultimate goal of creating a one of a kind environment that captures the charm and excitement of Sacramento’s robust midtown area. We serve the very best craft beers and cocktails with an eclectic menu of elevated bar classics with a true hometown feel. We’re participating in the Vegan Chef Challenge all October, and our chefs put together three dishes worth trying:

🥪 Confit Cauliflower “Steak” Sandwich — garbanzo spread, fresh produce and avocado on sourdough, served with your choice of side.

🥗 Buffalo Cauliflower Salad — romaine, carrot, celery, apple, citrus vinaigrette and crispy fried buffalo cauliflower.

🥣 Potato Leek Soup — creamy, comforting and finished with chives and olive oil.
