On the 23rd we have the honor of welcoming back Rola Al Ashkar for another workshop before dance!

In the warm up, we’ll reconnect with our bodies, follow what feels good, and give ourselves permission to move, play, and enjoy being alive, making more room for pleasure, play, and simply being ourselves.

For our upcoming dance we get the joy of having Isabelle join us again! At the start of the year she led a soundbath with another artist, but for this dance we get to have her back solo.

Isabelle Rose is a song-carrier and songwriter, uniting others through the gift of music and vocal expression. She will lead us through a sound journey after the dancing to help us land safely in our bodies. Make sure to stay till the end of the dance to experience her medicine. The soundbath is from 10 to 10:10pm. 💗

Meet Clover!

She's one of our crew members and has a beautiful journey with dance to share. Clover started dancing in Texas in 2021, and since finding our community, she has become such a big support in running our dance.

Learning to be in your body is such a common and wonderful theme we see in our community! And of course, ecstatic joy too!

Mobile Modalities is back again and offering chair massage right on the dance floor.

Megan Knight has been practicing massage for seven years. She lives in the Sacramento area, and her goal is to make the world a less tense place. With both dance and massage helping people move freely and feel at home in their bodies, she is excited to serve our community again.

On the floor, Megan offers chair massage at $3 a minute with a 5-minute minimum. She can focus on your neck, upper back, mid back, lower back, or glutes. Her style adapts to your preference, from deep tissue to lighter touch. She accepts cash and e-payments.
