We just switched up our desserts, and we think you’ll be very happy to know that Chloe put Crème Brûlée back on the menu! We certainly are 😋 It’s flavored with Earl Grey, and it is so, so, so delicious.

Rick came in as a guest a couple weeks ago, and this is what he ordered as his entrée… Cotoletta di Maiale. It’s safe to say he knows what he’s doing around here, so copying his order probably wouldn’t be the worst move.

This dish features pasture-raised California Berkshire pork from the wonderful folks at Sweet Water Farm & Ranch Co. They’re regenerative ranchers in the Central Sierras who are deeply committed to ethical practices that respect the animals and honor the land. Their pork is fantastic, and we’re really proud to offer it here at The Waterboy.
