You are encouraged to arrive early due to artist-mandated enhanced security measures at the theatre.
All guests will be subject to bag checks and security wanding upon entry to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Please allow extra time for screening, and have your tickets ready to help expedite the process.

To access mobile tickets, open the PDF attached to your confirmation email. Your e-tickets will be scanned at the door prior to seating. Please turn up the brightness on your phone.
If you are unable to load the PDF, select "VIEW ORDER DETAILS".
♻️ We've Gone Paperless!
You can access the program on your phone via a QR code on theatre seats.
⏳ Performance Length
The approximate performance length is 2 hours, including intermission.

At the request of the performance, cell phone photos without flash are allowed.
Video recording, professional cameras, and detachable lenses are not permitted.
Please be courteous to fellow theatre-goers and avoid disrupting the performance.
⬆️ Second floor ticket holders-Loge & Balcony
After entering through the main doors and going through security, you can now use our elevator and stairs located near the far left theatre entrance and advance to our recently renovated second floor lobby!
There you can have your ticket scanned and enjoy our new concession area.
Please be aware that even with elevator access to the second floor, a few steps are still required to enter the upper Balcony and Loge sections. As these areas can only be reached by stairs, they are not accessible for wheelchair seating. Learn more about accessibility on our website.

Backpacks, firearm and outside food/beverage are prohibited.

Visit our website for parking information. Please keep in mind that there is a summer street party in downtown Rutland on June 6 from 10AM-4PM and plan accordingly.
