Our former Commander Lance Waymaster received the Quilt of Valor last night at the Armed Forces Banquet
In Hays Ks VFW and current Commander Doug Renard got to assist cutting the cake for all branches of service we had a great representation from Russell thanks to Shorty Prosser it was a fun night
