Everyone, meet Emily!

Emily is one of the newest smiling faces here at Opa Greek Taverna, and we’re already so happy to have her on the team. She has a heart for people, a love for photography, and she’s currently attending Criswell Bible College.

Hospitality is about more than taking orders it’s about making people feel welcome, cared for, and at home. Emily brings that kind of warmth with her every day.

We’re excited to officially announce Danny Vindas as the new General Manager of Opa Greek Taverna in Rowlett.

Danny’s journey with us goes all the way back to 2015, when he was a lead server here at Opa. During that time, he met Shawna, one of our hostesses… they fell in love, got married, and now have two beautiful kids together.

To say this place is special to him would be an understatement.

Danny is one of the most passionate, people-first leaders I know. He genuinely cares about hospitality, our team, and every guest who walks through our doors.

I’m proud to have him leading Opa into this next chapter.
