These babies need help!
Anyone who brings a copy of paperwork showing that they adopted or fostered from Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter between 5/29/23 & 6/11/23 is welcomed to a $24 meal credit with us. That will get you a 16" Large premium pizza, wings, or just about anything else you may want on our menu. We are basically trying to PAY you to save a life. Please help!

UPDATE: As of 2:45pm, none of the dogs on this list have gone to foster or been adopted. 𝗪𝗘. 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗. 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣. We are begging.

🆘The shelter is in crisis. 🆘We are off the charts in our capacity for dog care. As of this writing, there were exactly 200 dogs in the shelter. Our maximum number of dogs to care for in the manner they deserve is 110. We don't have a category for more than 170.

𝗪𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆!

Here are 5️⃣ ways you can do just that:
1️⃣ 𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗣𝗧 - Adoptions for all dogs over 25 pounds are just $2. Preview all adoptable pets at wilcopets dot org.
2️⃣ 𝗙𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 - If you can help by fostering a dog temporarily, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. You'll find the Fostering page of our website listed under the How To Help tab.
3️⃣ 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥 - Many hands make light work. We have volunteer opportunities in many different areas, including some that can be done at home. You'll find the Volunteering page of our website listed under the How To Help tab.
4️⃣ 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘 - We have a variety of life-saving programs designed to help us through these crises. Your donations fund those and help us to continue this life-saving mission.
5️⃣ 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 - Your shares to your friends and family teach social media platforms that people want to see our posts, which extends their reach, resulting in more people seeing it. Please share everywhere you can think of.

The 1️⃣3️⃣ dogs on our first of 2023 are all wonderful dogs who will do well in virtually any home environment. If we can get them adopted or fostered, we can spend more time working to help the animals who remain with higher care needs. They are not in danger, but their adoption or foster will help to save the lives of others here.

It is only with your help that we can save lives and prevent euthanasia in our shelter. Your local shelter needs you now.

Once again, we've chosen to be open today, Memorial Day. We remember and honor those who have fallen in service to our country. Most of us have someone close to us that served, and unfortunately some that may not have come back while answering the call. Even all who do come back, do not come back the same. We have military discounts everyday, not just on holidays. But today, if you know of a vet or direct family member of a fallen vet who is having a rough day, please call our store (512-827-3300). We would like to send them a meal, on us.
