April's Common Ground Coffee House was top level talent!

We were inspired, entertained, and simply 'Wowed' by The Rough & Tumble, as they wove a tapestry of humor, love, patience, and kindness throughout their set, and delivered a stellar performance to a appreciative and attentive audience. This was musicianship, vocal precision, and high-level energy performance at it's best!!

Ryan Boss and Hannah Murphy opened the show with a professional level Songwriter Session, sharing stories and songs of heartbreak, hope, and healing. Their vocal and guitar performances were impressive and memorable, and their connection to the audience was truly special.

Thank you all for supporting live music, and for supporting the listening room experience. Thank you for supporting the artists and the artistry of singer-songwriters who bring you their best each month.

We will return in September to continue bringing you the best in local and regional talent. Stay tune for more information.

Hot off the press! đź“° Thank you Musicfestnews.com!

We’ve been getting our rig ready to continue our tour this weekend— catch us Saturday night in Roswell, GA at the Common Grounds Coffee House Saturday night (north Atlanta)— but in the meantime, we’re still feeling the gratitude of a weekend well spent at Gamble Rogers Folk Festival.

Here’s a really cool article about the fest, and a nice write up about us, our friends Flagship Romance, and our combined Rough Romance set (coming to a Midwest near you this June).

"Wow, what an appealing package. High-quality originals in all sorts of traditional veins, from haunting ballads to stomping, screaming folk anthems. All performed with expert, polished musicianship and flawless ensemble. Amazing array of instruments (a few you will never have encountered before, I bet!), and attention to musical detail, without a trace of pretension or preciousness. The vocals are a pleasure – natural yet perfectly executed. The whole effect seems fun and blithely effortless."
