FYI - if you see the lights on, it is not us. We are not re-opening. The landlord sued us and won for the remainder of the lease after we were unable to continue operation due to the pandemic shutdowns. He of course offered us no assistance with staying open in 2020 but wanted every penny.

The town council approved a variance to allow a dispensary within a school zone, we can only assume it’s for that. Even if it’s not, I promise you - it’s not us. We are not reopening.

If someone tags you for some shirts, know it isn’t us, it is a scam perpetrated by some fake accounts. They are trying to hack you and steal your information. We will not be reopening here, the landlord has seen to that. We love and miss you all. There is a link we posted for some shirt designs from us directly, if more are wanted comment that and I will work on more. Otherwise, do not use the links that comment and tag you.

The new state budget did not include the $53M fund Gov. Phil Murphy originally proposed, but he and Sen. Teresa Ruiz say pandemic relief money can be used.

May be the start of summer in NJ. But this weekend is to honor and remember those lives lost for our ability to speak our minds, criticize our government, and all the other freedoms guaranteed to us in our unique constitution. Celebrate, but remember as well.

Happy Valentine’s Day. But....

Basically.... from what We see in restaurant parking lots today, there is NO REASON, zero, eff Murph, that if there isn’t a sudden case rise in the next 2 weeks, restaurant capacity shouldn’t be back to 100-Effing-percent. No reason. Enough of us are screwed. Time for this to end. Screen shot and share the fo(k outta this please.

To clarify...

As in the parking lots are fuller than You’ve seen them in nearly a year. And as when we had Halloween, Christmas, New Years, etc all natural events where people gathered at home with groups of people, Valentine’s Day is a “together in a restaurant” holiday. If we don’t see a spike in 2 weeks caused similarly by restaurant gathering as was caused by those holidays at home, it’s time to say bunk.

While this is welcome news for the state, and well well beyond when it would have been appropriate to do so, for us and so many others, this is just too little, too late. We are sorry. We will not be opening again.

Please spare us any rude or negative commentary.

Gov. Phil Murphy says he will sign an executive order expanding indoor dining capacity to 35%, and lift statewide 10 p.m. indoor restriction at restaurants, effective Friday.

2 weeks we could have survived. Even a month. 2 months. 3. Maybe even 4 or 5. Especially if the governor had said in the summer “numbers are good. Go enjoy yourself.” But no. We kept being told we were the reason we were shutdown. Well. It’s 10 months.
