O'Toole's Pub

Attention all beer drinking homies. If you’re in greater Douglas County and looking for the areas best selection (that I’ve seen) of craft beer and cider, go check out the River Forks Market. The new owners have listened to the craft community when they filled out their coolers. (These coolers are all cider, beer, and seltzer.)

This is a totally unsolicited post for these guys. We aren’t involved at all. I just selfishly want them to continue to fill these shelves with new and interesting stuff and I know if we support them, they’ll be able to.

Also, they have an on premise license and I hear they’ll soon have 8 taps to go along with some delicious food.

We keep this page cause every once in awhile we have a post we’d like to get out to as many as possible.

Today it’s that those families impacted by the multiple fires are in our hearts and prayers!! And more so while our business is closed we are still community minded! If anyone knows of someone in need please reach out and we’ll utilize resources to help in any way we can.

Hey everyone, this is Mike and Susan with Alexander Greek Cuisine. Facebook shut our page down because its not a name of a person, so we are trying to get word out through my tiny personal FB page. We, at Alexanders Greek Cuisine are planning to reopen tomorrow. We have come up with a completely new plan for hours and days open under the new restrictions we're all under. We have to have the ability to work 6 ft apart and keep you, our customers and us as safe as humanly possible. So, this is the new plan and we ask that you please share it, since FB shut us down.

We will be open Tuesdays through Fridays
Hours: 11am~3pm
We will only have the "Family Special" available
The special is 3 Gyros (choose from grilled chicken, lamb, falafel or veggie) Athenian Pasta and Greek salad. The cost will remain $25 per special

We will be doing preorder on this only via phone with payment over the phone (no cash handling at this time) 541-672-6442

We will be limiting the number of specials to 40 a day. Once they are gone thats it for the day.

We will have everyone call us when they get here and we will meet them at the door for handoff of their order. (Trying to eliminate close contact for everyone)

These changes make us feel a bit safer in this uncertain climate we're all in.

We love you all and want to extend our appreciation to each and every one of you who have loved us through this. Its so unbelievably felt. Thanks in advance for the shares and we will see you tomorrow at Alexanders Greek Cuisine!!

This sign hung near the ceiling as you entered The Pub. Last night its words rang true as we were able to enjoy the company of some of those one time strangers who we are now able to call friends.

Thanks to North 40 for hosting our 1st annual pub reunion and most importantly thanks to all of you who, even after a year of being closed took the time to join us and reminisce about what the Pub meant to you and what we’ve all been up to in the year since.

For us the closing was similar to experiencing the death of a loved one; rollercoaster of emotions to say the least. We grieved for a long time and there are still some days that are worse than others but having everyone share their stories helps it all feel worth it and enables us to move on to enjoying the chapter that has followed and the ones to come.

September 29, 2018 was the last day we gathered together with our customers, community and friends as O’Toole’s Pub. In light of the year that has passed since, we’d like to gather at North 40 for a Pub Family Reunion on Saturday, September 28th starting at 7:00pm.

North 40 has an awesome new menu and we’ve heard rumor that they will be serving up a pub favorite that evening as well! You’ll have to show up to see what it is. Whatever it is will definitely pair nicely with one of their delicious craft beers.

So come hang out with us. We can’t wait to see ya. Cheers to catching up!

We don’t post for just anything these days, but if you aren’t at Draper’s watching Acousta Noir, you are missing out. Come down. Support a man that graced the Pub “stage” more times than anyone. A friend. A hell of a musician. And a damn good guy.
