🍂 A LITTLE FALL HOURS UPDATE FROM FRED’S! 🍂❤️

As we head into the fall and winter season, we’re making a small adjustment to our hours of operation. Beginning Sunday, September 20th, we’ll be opening our doors at 12:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM.

Our new hours will be:

🕛 Sunday–Thursday: 12 PM–8 PM
🕛 Friday & Saturday: 12 PM–9 PM
🚫 Tuesdays: Closed

This seasonal adjustment allows us to better match our hours with the slower morning traffic while continuing to give our team the opportunity to provide the great food, drinks, bowling, and hospitality you’ve come to know and love. ❤️

We’ll still be here, ready to welcome you through our doors — just an hour later! 😉

❤️ What a way to wrap up summer! ☀️

Yesterday was all about celebrating our amazing Fred’s team! (We had a few unable to make it, but we hope they know we love and appreciate them just as much) We started with a delicious brunch cooked by Lexi, then headed down the river for an absolutely beautiful afternoon. After keeping a close eye on the weather and thinking we were going to freeze 😂, we couldn’t have asked for a better day! We finished the evening at our property with BC Pizza, a bonfire, lots of laughs, and even better company. 🍕🔥

We are so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate our staff and show them just how much we appreciate everything they do. None of this would be possible without them! ❤️

And while we celebrate our team, we also want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to our customers! To everyone who walked through our doors, supported us, shared our posts, came to our events, enjoyed a meal, bowled, or simply showed us love throughout the summer — we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

Your continued love and support is what allows us to keep doing what we love. Our staff and our customers truly are the heart of Fred’s. ❤️

Our Fred’s of Roscommon staff has worked incredibly hard all summer long! Through the busy days, long shifts, and everything in between, they continued to show up, work together, and take great care of our customers.

We are so grateful for every member of our team and everything they do to keep Fred’s running strong. On Monday, September 14, we will be closed for Employee Appreciation Day so we can celebrate the amazing people behind Fred’s!

🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH — SEPTEMBER 2026! 🌟

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize someone who has become such an important part of our Fred’s family — Richard Storck

Richard joined our team in October of 2025, and in less than a year, he has proven time and time again that he is someone we can count on. He works hard, cares deeply about our team and our business, and constantly goes above and beyond — often without ever being asked.

Richard brings something special to our team. He has a way of lighting up a room with his personality and humor, while also being someone who takes his job seriously and wants to see everyone around him succeed. He is a hard worker, a true team player, dependable, positive, and someone who genuinely cares.

But this recognition means even more because Employee of the Month comes with another exciting milestone for Richard — a promotion! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to announce that Richard has been promoted to Assistant Manager in our Kitchen! 👏🔥

This promotion is a reflection of the trust we have in him, the leadership he has already shown, and the impact he has made on our team. Watching someone grow within our business and step into a leadership role is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Richard — thank you for everything you do for Fred’s. Thank you for showing up, working hard, making people laugh, helping your teammates, and always being willing to go the extra mile. You have become a huge part of what makes our team what it is, and we are so lucky to have you.

Our Sunday Evening Couples League is almost full, and we just need 2 more bowlers to make it happen! 🙌

⏰ Practice starts at 5 PM | Bowling at 5:15 PM
💰 $15/week bowling fees
💳 $22 one-time sanction fee
⭐ 5 full teams already formed — room for just 6 more bowlers!

👥 Subs are welcome — subs only pay the $22 sanction fee

Many of you have gotten to see this beautiful face greet you as you come into Fred’s on Friday’s and Saturdays! We got to celebrate the Mama to be yesterday! Thank you to Made UP NORTH for the beautiful cookies that were equally delicious! We cannot wait to meet Miss Hazel in just a few short months! ❤️
