Welcome to the Cadillac!
We set out to build the perfect neighborhood bar. Outstanding service, good fresh food, a large wine/liquor selection and of course,a wide variety of beers (40). We built a special cooler to hold 40 barrels at 29 degrees. The entire kitchen is stainless steel, an open design, with the best equipment you can buy. The Cadillac has a unique design. The main bar area is a fairly typical Tavern, with large 4K televisions that run the entire room and large booths and tall tables. You can go to the game room if you get the urge to beat the tar out of your son-in-law at a game of pool, darts, or shuffleboard. We have been warned by many well-meaning people that “pool tables bring trouble." Our game room policy is the same as in all of our businesses, We do not tolerate “bad behavior”. Anyone acting badly will be leaving permanently. The game room is a fun, light hearted experience for men and women of all ages. If you smoke or v**e, we have an outside patio with seating. We have almost 4800 sq. feet with seating for 136 including 85 bar stools.
Children are welcome, but the Cadillac is designed as primarily an adult venue. We have no high chairs, booster seats, or children’s menu. If you would like to bring your 10-year-old grandson in for a cheeseburger, or teach him how to shoot pool, please do that. No one under 18 can be in the game room without a responsible adult within arms reach of the child. The Cadillac is closed on Sundays and Mondays (except Superbowl). We are open 38 hours a week, lunch is only served on Saturday when we open at 12. We will not be open after midnight, like your mother said, “Nothing good happens after midnight”.
Our menu during the week is appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads, and great desserts like apple cobbler, chocolate brownie both served with vanilla ice cream and a triple chocolate cheesecake that is just incredible. We offer Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs and ground steak smothered in sauteed mushrooms and brown gravy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with your choice of potato: baked, mashed or french fries and a side salad. The entire bar was built from recycled wood....so even if your a bed wetting liberal environmentalist wacko...you can still drink at the Cadillac and feel good about yourself.
