New Beer new Taproom hours! This is Citrus Sombrero our Creamsicle Cerveza that we made just in time for our new taproom hours.
We will be keeping some strictly BTG hours with our contactless pickups but now we will offer contactless taproom hours also. .
Take a seat with your party and order though your phone, we will bring it to your table.

Thursday: 11am-2pm BTG only
Friday: 1pm - 9pm (taproom opens at 4pm)
Saturday: 1pm-9pm (taproom opens at 1pm)
Sunday: 1pm-4pm (taproom opens at 1pm)

First we are very excited to have everyone back and made a few new beers to greet you! Please follow social distancing guidelines and be respectful of your fellow neighbors and our staff by minimizing in-person contact with others not in your party. We will have Sani available and a server great you when you arrive. Once you have found a seat checkout the order instructions at you table.

All draft will be poured in single use cups and guest will only be serve at there tables.

With the governors new orders for breweries on Friday and mandatory heath protocols we need more time to prepare. We were going to open the taproom tomorrow, but with our new contact free mobile ordering system and maintaing the growth of our beer to go orders, we are going to need a bit of training and few things done before reopening our taproom. So be kind to are beer-tenders as this weekend they will be training. We are excited to expand our hours and have everyone back!

The Good news! Beer to go will be open 3 days in a row for beer to go this weekend!

We are also looking for a few more servers.
If your in the Rockwall area we are looking for a few good beer slingers. Bartending or Beertending experience is preferred.
