“After inspection, violations of municipal code were found and the property owner was cited for those violations to include hazardous electrical wiring, ineffective exterior building waterproofing, decay of structural seismic bracing and lack of response to repair the violations cited made the building uninhabitable and caused the city to condemn and post the notice on site," said Ryan Taylor, code enforcement program manager for Rocklin, in an email. "The citations and violations are attached to the property and any use of the property other than to conduct necessary repairs to correct the violations is currently prohibited."
