Tracing Rays is a by-the-book German-style pilsner. Dry, clean, moderately bitter, and aggressively hopped (by classic standards, anyway) on top of high-quality imported pilsner malt, andโฆ thatโs about it.
A combo of historic and somewhat newer hop varieties were selected to shine together in this classic style.
