Taking a look at our beans mid-roast!
The bean probe allows our roaster to check the progression of the roast by identifying its color. As the beans roast, they advance from green to yellow, yellow to tan, and tan into stages of brown.
In this image we see the beans slowly shifting from tan into a light brown.
