We picked up some great wines while in Fredericksburg Perspective Cellars! That Fire on the mountain is a Cab that was created using the grapes that survived the forest fires. What it created is a fantastic Smokey Cab. For a bourbon lover like myself, it is amazing!!

2 parts tequila ( cos amigos anejo )
1 part lime juice
1 part Cointreau
Tajin rim
