This class focuses on releasing tension and easing pain through the power of rhythm, music, and gentle movement. We'll begin with a warm-up to gently prepare your body and loosen your joints. As you become more comfortable, you'll discover a greater sense of freedom and range in your movements, which can help increase mobility, relieve tension, and reduce pain.

This program is specifically designed for adults aged 60 and over, caregivers, and individuals living with chronic pain.
