It's Sunday and that means the proper British Roast Dinner at the Pub!
Full of roasted meat, veggies, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy trust us you won't leave hungry after eating it!
Roasts are legendary in the UK with families coming together every Sunday around the table to eat together and socialize and commonly this would be served mid afternoon due to the size so that they didn't need to eat in the evening...

Proper British Fish & Chips are back at the pub!!! Available from 1 - 7pm (or till sold out).
This isn't your regular fish fry!

What makes our Fish & Chips special?
- A whole cod filet, no we don't use the loin as the filet is the best part - lovely and light and flaky. - Then its the batter - light, airy and crisp (no mushiness).
- oh and let's not forget the mushy peas! Creamy, fresh and delicious!

Head on out and get you some.
There really is nowhere else around that does it the way we do!

While we locate an additional resource for the kitchen we will be operating the kitchen hours slightly different than previously posted. Temporary kitchen hours will be -
Thursday & Friday - 2pm - 6pm
Saturday's - Fish & Chips 1pm - 7pm // main kitchen - 2pm - 6pm
Sunday's - 1pm - 7pm

If you know anyone that might be interested in a part time kitchen position please have them reach out to us.

Once we fill this position we will increase the hours accordingly.

🧑‍🍳 Part-time Cook Wanted 🧑‍🍳
We are looking to add a part-time cook to The Beerocracy kitchen. This position is approximately 20+ hours per week, weekend availability is required, and there is strong potential for this role to grow into more hours for the right person.
Our kitchen and food program is growing, so we’re looking for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in their role, and can handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
We are open to working with students currently enrolled in a culinary programs.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous kitchen experience (including culinary students)
• Responsible, reliable, and emotionally mature
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn, grow, take direction & work alone
• Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen
• Able to handle prep, service, and closing shifts

This position can start immediately if we find the right fit.
