I am writing to provide some important details regarding our upcoming dinner.

Check-in and Entry
Check-in stations will be located at the main entrance by the bar and near the elevator Upstairs. Please bring your ID or membership card to receive your wristband. Please note that a wristband is required to receive your meal.

Event Schedule

- 5:00 PM: Doors open for cocktails
- 6:00 PM: Pin presentations begin and Dinner
- After Party: Join us downstairs at Wy5 following the main event.

Liquor Drawing
We will be hosting a blind liquor drawing. Each guest will receive one free ticket upon arrival. Additional tickets may be purchased from any of our auxiliary officers for $1 each or 6 tickets for $5.

With approximately 200 guests expected, we encourage you to arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
