Every dish served at Kounter and every cocktail poured at Elsie’s carries a piece of her spirit, as she’s the reason Chef Rob Masone started playing around in the kitchen at a young age. If our space has brought a little joy, comfort, or celebration to your life, sending a card for her 100th birthday is the most wonderful gift you could offer our family in return. ❤️
