This weekend, our Iroquois Springs family lost one of our own, alumnus Evan Greenleigh, in a tragic accident. There are no words that can fully capture a loss like this; only the deep pain felt by a community that loved him so much.
Evan was part of something bigger than a single summer. He brought laughter to lineup, was a shining light on the tennis court, and became the kind of spirit that stays with you long after camp ends. On Boys Side, his presence was felt every day with his energy and through the bonds that define what it means to grow up at camp. His connections extended just as strongly to Girls Side, where his friendships and kindness made him a bridge across camp.
We hold especially close his sister, Lily, and their family, surrounding them with all the love that this community can give. These are the moments when we lean on each other the most. Iroquois Springs is not just a place, but a family. We hold Evan, his family, and all who loved him in our hearts. 💙💛
