Dad and daughter bonding time today at the range. We practiced standing and supported shooting techniques with her two rifles and we practiced some basic pistol operation with both .380 and 9mm calibers.

During the classes, I preach that getting a high volume of accurate rounds down range will help increase your chances of defending yourself.

My students that come through the Basic Pistol course blow me away time and time again at how effective they are with a firearm after a little bit of coaching. I am privileged to have such amazing people who choose me to be their instructor!

I am thrilled to announce that VP has partnered with the Lewiston Sportsmen's Club for regular pistol training courses for 2022! We should be announcing our next few courses in the next day or two. If you want to learn more about handguns or would like to pursue your Minnesota or Wisconsin carry permit, the Basic Pistol course will be a great option for someone in the Winona area.
