Mel Flanagan's Irish Pub & Cafe Come in as Strangers, Leave as Friends, Return as Family! PLEASE NOTE: We typically close our kitchen around 9PM. Session music goes until closing.

Our full bar remains open until closing for refreshments and drinks. FREE SESSIONS: Celtic, Bluegrass, and Folk musicians gather at Mel's EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT starting 6:30 to 7ish. Meet really nice people and enjoy a pint. We are a family owned and run business. You never know what family you might meet during your visit!

We would love to thank everyone for the great finale at the pub yesterday. Thank you to our family, our loyal customers, Pat O'Brien who provided music from our beginning, the Mc donough/Grimes school of Irish dance and Foster's Daily Democrat for great coverage over the years. Dear friends and customers,
After much thought and consideration we have decided to close Mel Flanagans Irish Pub and Cafe in order to retire for health reasons.
In order to properly thank all our really good customers we will host an event in the near future to say goodbye in person.
