Now serving a menu of wood-fired brick-oven pizza and artisan salads, all of our ingredients are prepared fresh on-site using only the best quality ingredients sourced directly from our neighbors -- the Rochester Public Market. Our staff are enthusiastic and love to talk beer. Allow us to guide you through a tour of our production brewery, located adjacent to the Rohrbach Beer Hall. Sign up in advance, or just stop in! Tours are offered free of charge Saturdays on the hour from 11am - 3pm, or by special appointment.
