Kathy is working her “new” gig at Valley Clubhouse tonight from 7-Close and tomorrow, 12-7.

Hey Bissellites! Happy New Year!

Most of you know that Kathy’s slingin’ drinks at Valley Clubhouse these days (Thursday & Saturday/ 12-7). Everyone here wanted y’all to know that, due to the incoming snowstorm, the bar will be closed Sunday. Stay safe, warm and look out for each other!

Bissellites... yes I will always call you all that. I am going to start filling in at The Clubhouse Bar on Dunn rd. I will work this weekend
Sunday 18th 12-7
Monday 19th 12-7
Friday. 23rd 12-7
You can smoke in there also. Well only ci**rs and ci******es but the people are really nice. Come visit me. I miss you all so much.

It is with a collective heavy heart that, after 30 fun-filled years, we bid Kathy’s Bissell Lounge a bittersweet farewell. I hope as we all become home-away-from-homeless, we make it a policy not to lose track of one another. Tuesday, July 2 will be our last chance to belly up together at our favorite watering hole so, please; be here or be prepared for the proverbial “Irish Goodbye”. Keep our beloved Mama Kathy in your prayers - she’s going to miss her Bissellites more than you know.
