As our jackpot continues to grow, we want to make sure everyone is aware of the payout rules regarding winnings.

💰 All Queen of Hearts winnings are subject to applicable tax reporting requirements.
💰 Required taxes will be withheld from qualifying jackpots as required by law.
💰 The individual whose name is on the winning ticket is the individual who will receive and claim the winnings.
💰 No splitting of winnings will be permitted. If multiple people contribute toward a ticket, it is still the responsibility of the person whose name appears on the ticket to claim the prize and handle any personal arrangements with others.

📣 QUEEN OF HEARTS RULES REMINDER ♥️♠️♦️♣️

We want to take a moment to address some questions we've received regarding our Queen of Hearts drawing.

These rules are not new and have been in place since we started the game over a year ago. The rules are posted and apply equally to everyone who participates.

✅ A beverage purchase is required to participate.
✅ Players must provide their full name and phone number on their ticket.
✅ Prize payouts are based on the rules posted at the bar.
✅ If your name is drawn and you don't win, you receive 6 free tickets for the following week's drawing.

We work hard to keep this game fair and consistent for every player. We cannot make exceptions for some while requiring others to follow the rules.

It's also important to understand that Jonny D's does not make money from the Queen of Hearts pot itself. The jackpot money goes back to the players according to the posted payout structure. Our business earns revenue from the food and drinks purchased while people are here enjoying the game, which is why the beverage purchase requirement exists.

We appreciate everyone who comes out each week, supports our small business, and makes Queen of Hearts such a huge success. The jackpot has grown because of all of you, and we look forward to continuing the game the same way we always have — fairly, consistently, and according to the posted rules.
