-Roasted Airline Chicken Breast: Herb and shallot butter pan sauce, pomme purée, roasted summer squashes
-Local Striped Bass: Pan roasted, crispy rice, summer squash puree, summer vegetable succotash, fresh citrus
-Roanoke Vineyards Infinite Possibilities: This almost 50/50 chardonnay/sav blanc blend was chosen as the chardonnay stands up to the richness of the butter sauce and the acidity from sav blanc pairs wonderfully with the striped bass. Available by the glass or bottle.

Sausage and Peppers! Ross’ twist on an old family recipe: 3 types of sausage, suntan bell peppers, onions with fresh grated parm. Available for lunch on a hoagie, or as a dinner with rice.

Also on lunch special this week is fried catfish po’boy: chunks of fried catfish, lettuce, tomato, chipotle aioli on a hoagie.

Carlos got a little help making the summer vegetable ratatouille. Find it on our dinner menu with the Merlot Braised Beef, ratatouille shakshuka for brunch, and occasionally on our specials menu with blackened shrimp and goat cheese polenta.
