The smokehouse is up and running; Pork shoulders after 7 hours, chicken thighs soaking up some nice smoky flavors and RIBS with 3 hours of smoke and another 3 hours to go - nice and slow!

7 Sins Brewery and Sensory Winery has now become "Sensory Smokehouse. We've added a pit smoker with a BBQ themed menu to chow down on while sipping our craft beers, wines and hard cider. Check out our latest release from our brewer the "FRYE-PA". Ask our brewer who is behind the bar most days about the name of this killer IPA!
