Baby Backs are going on the smoker here soon to be accompanied with pea salad, brussel sprouts, rice pilaf by our guests.

We’ll be sharing our celebration of the Mothers in our life with a birthday cake in honor of Sandra Mummert, our middle daughter’s Mother in Law and a special part of our lives.

Today is another swim day with our Grandkids!! Burgers, Brisket Baked beans and Hello Dollies with the younger generation. The first will arrive at 1pm with others to follow as they get off work and out of off season football conditioning.

Performing a little maintenance! The 21 year old Adobe retaining wall was beginning to show its age so I stabilized it with reinforced poured concrete and will add stacked stone veneer capping it all with natural flagstone to match the architecture of the home.
