The Tavern has been the heartbeat of Riga since 1938! Even the wall hangings have a story to tell! O We are hoping to have a grand opening the first week of May.

Established in 1938, the Riga Tavern is a staple in the local community and famous for it's Wednesday Taco night and Friday fish Fry! If you want to have a great meal in an even greater atmosphere, we look forward to you coming in and joining us! Our hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

I have to give a big "Thank You" out to my staff and contractors working on making Johnnie's RigaTavern a better place for all to enjoy. After looking over the logistics of the place I decided to make some needed changes. We currently are implementing those changes and hope to be opening soon. The delay will be worth the short wait. My staff and I can't wait to show you the finished look that will provide lasting memories for all to enjoy and look back upon...always working to provide a better experience for all...

Hi everyone! We are working with new ownership that will carry on the Tavern tradition while taking things to the next level! It’s going to take some time, but the Riga Tavern is coming back!

The RigaTavern is for sale. At this time we do not have a purchase agreement with anyone. We are actively searching for someone who will take pride in ownership and carry on the Tavern tradition. We will not settle for less. Our customers deserve that!
