The inaugural San Juan Oktoberfest takes over Hartwell Park, but first: the Ridgway 1K Rally Thru the Alley, aka Colorado's most ridiculous costumed "race" (spoiler: it's not about speed, it's about snacks and steins). Stick around for pretzel tosses, chicken dance-offs, polka bands, and a Pumpkin Palooza for the kiddos.
