The Low Key Trio RETURNS this Sunday!🎹🥁🎵

For ten years straight, the LKT hosted special guests and dozens of top tier musicians each Wednesday night in Turnmill Bar (Gramercy). Special guests ranged from Abraham Burton to Lee Konitz, Lew Soloff to James Zollar, Myron Walden & Antoine Drye to John Ellis. The most special part of the jam was the friendships we forged over the years and learning new music from our guests each week.

We encourage all writers, illustrators, painters and thinkers to gather and let go of any mainstream notions in the spirit of creating spontaneously & unplanned in the moment.

For writers, together we will invite you to create poems or focus on building fictional characters in a story by honing the intricate craft of capturing a character's thoughts and emotions as they naturally occur in the mind by listening to the inner voice and strengthening our intuition.
