Today is a good day to visit the Richmond Paddy Wagon for some food and libation! In addition to our daily lunch & regular menus, check out the Thursday specials…our popular Fish (Atlantic Cod) & Chips for $10 (eat in or take out), and a domestic draught for $2 with any food purchase! Today is “Wingsday” at the Richmond Paddy Wagon with discounted (10/$8, 5/$4) regular and boneless wings all day till about 10pm!! For those of you adventurous souls, ask your bartender/server to get an order with our Ghost Pepper sauce…that will certainly warm you up!! We open at 11am with special lunch menu available as well till about 3pm (regular menu available till 10pm).

Just a reminder that every Monday from 5pm-close is EKU NIGHT at the Richmond Paddy Wagon with great food and drink specials for students/staff/faculty, including $20 seltzer buckets (5), mix or match, and $2 domestic draught with any food purchase. Yesterday was a little disappointing…Only my friend David E. (65 Years old) and myself (73 years old) showed up to move the sand into the volley ball court. We are continuing today and if there are any of you who will be playing this Summer and Fall, your help today would be most appreciated…Thanks

Summer is upon us and it’s time to starting thinking about volleyball at the Richmond Paddy Wagon. We have been working on repairing and cleaning up the court, and just had the first (of two) 10 ton loads of sand delivered to increase the sand depth (much needed!). With that in mind, beginning tomorrow about noon to avoid the heat a bit, we will begin moving and spreading the sand in the lot (via wheelbarrows…I have two and four shovels) hopefully finishing up Saturday afternoon (also starting at noon or so). I will first till up the existing court, and when the first load is spread, till it again, then move and spread the rest! The idea is to increase the depth by 4-6” which is much needed. So if you are interested in playing some volleyball this Summer and you have a couple of hours or so free this weekend, your help would be most appreciated. And lunch/dinner is on me, of course…! Message me with any comments or questions.

Today is the first Friday of the month and you know what that means…our already-famous Catfish Friday at the Richmond Paddy Wagon once again! 😊Every month here we fry up tons of tasty catfish, with sides of crinkle-cut fries, hush puppies, and cole slaw. So come on down (we open at 11am) and join us or take some home, only $10 per order or $15 all you can eat! We forgo our normal lunch menu (will resume on Monday) and serve only Catfish from 11am-10pm, and we will have our regular menu offerings from 10pm till midnight. As you know, we do this every month and ya’ really don’t want to miss it!
