Today marks the end of an incredible chapter for our friends at SCALICI's Wood Fired Pizza,LLC as they officially retire.

Back in 2019, the Starr Family had the privilege of meeting the Scalici family when their food truck rolled in beside Starr Craft Brewery serving some of the best wood fired pizza around. What started as great food quickly turned into something much more — friendship, memories, laughter, and long nights.

Their pizza became part of so many moments shared here at the brewery, and we know it will truly be missed by all of us and by this community. But while the ovens may cool, the friendship we’ve built over the years will always remain.

We are beyond thankful for everything the Scalici family brought to Starr Craft Brewery and to Richmond. Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and becoming part of our family along the way.

Please join us in wishing the Scalici family a happy, well-deserved retirement filled with relaxation, family, and new adventures ahead.

Thank you for the memories, the friendship, and the amazing pizza. ❤️🍕🍻
