Are you experienced, dependable, hardworking, and ready to bring your skills to a fun, fast-paced, local dive/sports bar? Rock Falls Tavern is looking for talented people to join our team in both the FRONT OF THE HOUSE and BACK OF THE HOUSE!
🍳 BACK OF THE HOUSE — KITCHEN STAFF
Must have a minimum of 4 YEARS of kitchen experience
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a passion for great food and consistency
🍸 FRONT OF THE HOUSE — BARTENDERS
Must have a minimum of 3 YEARS of bartending experience
Great customer service and a welcoming personality
Reliable, outgoing, and able to keep up in a busy bar environment
