From day one, Odeta has been with us through absolutely everything. The long nights, the crazy weekends, the packed dining rooms, the stressful moments, and all the memories in between. She has been one of the biggest parts of Paisanoās since the very beginning, and honestly, we truly couldnāt imagine this place without her.
She is the definition of loyal, hardworking, trustworthy, and dedicated. She keeps the kitchen running, keeps everyone in line, lays down the law when needed š
, and somehow still manages to make everyone around her feel loved and taken care of.
The staff respects her. Our customers love her. And our family trusts her with everything.
In an industry where people come and go, having someone stand beside you for all these years is something incredibly rare and special.
Odeta, thank you for being the heart, strength, and backbone of this place for so many years. We love you more than words can say, and Paisanoās would never be what it is today without you.
