After aging in American oak and finishing in Washington port casks, Novel Rye delivers bold rye spice balanced by rich notes of dark fruit, plum, and subtle sweetness.

With just 250 bottles produced in honor of America's 250th anniversary, this inaugural release is both a celebration and a collector-worthy beginning for Novel Spirits.

To celebrate, guests can have their bottles engraved on-site by Margarita, creating a personalized keepsake from this historic release. And with Father's Day right around the corner, there's no better way to raise a glass to Dad.

The Soup Dogs have already helped raise thousands of dollars through their performances, with proceeds supporting local anti-human trafficking initiatives through Rotary.
