July 14 - Echolands Winery
Founded in 2018, Echolands is dedicated to crafting elegant, balanced w**es through regenerative organic farming and thoughtful w**emaking that lets the Walla Walla Valley speak in every bottle.

July 21 - Reininger Winery
Founded by Chuck Reininger, whose passion for the outdoors inspired a love of w**emaking, Reininger crafts elegant, estate-driven w**es that reflect the beauty and character of the Walla Walla Valley.

A woman-owned Walla Walla w**ery founded by w**emaker Kelsey Albro Itämeri.
ITA crafts elegant, low-intervention w**es that showcase the unique terroir of the Blue Mountain foothills and has quickly earned recognition as one of Washington's rising stars.

Meet La Dolce Quinta!

Featuring creamy La Quinta from Point Reyes Farmstead cheese Company- a women-led creamery tucked along the foggy Northern California coast of Point Reyes, where rich coastal air and fresh pastureland create some of the country’s most celebrated cheeses.

La Quinta is buttery, silky and delicately earthy, each wheel is wrapped in Spruce bark that has been infused with the essence of CA Bay Laurel. We paired it with fresh baguette and seasonal vegetables, and all the simple, beautiful flavors made for slow grazing and good w**e!
