Built upon the literal and figurative foundation of the original 1959 Fireside Pizza, Fireside Foundry is the reimagined merging of old and new. The result is a “steampunk” restaurant design concept that incorporates technology, aesthetic designs and artwork inspired by 19th century industrial steam-powered machinery. You can come and enjoy our “old” original, award winning Fireside Pizza recipe.

But now you can also experience our new items that are sure to appeal to a variety of tastes—everything from fresh seafood to premium blend burgers. Be assured all recipes are crafted in our made from scratch kitchen with fresh high quality ingredients. Also, we now proudly offer a full service bar featuring Minnesota craft beers served at a bone-chilling 29 degrees in addition to cocktails and spirits. You will enjoy the comfortable bar seating, new high-definition flat screen TVs, and may even get a chance to hear the steam whistle blow! We invite you to come and experience Fireside Foundry.
