The Wine Authority was started in 2017 by Kyle and Jazz Kepner and is located in Richardson, TX. After having served as a Winetender at The Wine Authority since August of 2019 and being the "Tom" of Tuesday's Tastings with Tom since January of 2020 Tom Gallagher bought The Wine Authority in July of 2022. Tom has been in the business since 1995 working for multiple retailers, physical and online, w

orking as a wine appraiser, earning a Wine MBA from BEM / KEDGE out of Bordeaux France, working for distributors, importers, and starting his own import company in 2010, Palate Wanderlust. The Outstanding Staff of The Wine Authority:
