Celebrate Father’s Day with a Royal Hawaiian

Father’s Day is the perfect time to slow down, gather with family, and enjoy a moment worth savoring. Whether you’re celebrating around the table, relaxing outdoors, or raising a glass to Dad, the right cocktail can make the occasion even more memorable.

This recipe comes from the bar team at Tiki Thai and features a tropical take on a classic gin cocktail. Smooth, refreshing, and easy to make, the Royal Hawaiian combines pineapple, lime, and orgeat into a drink that feels like a well-earned escape.

The Royal Hawaiian Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz orgeat (almond syrup)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
