Happy Monday, everyone! We just wanted to take time to introduce some new faces, and appreciate the old ones😉
As many of you may or may not know, we are now under new management! I’m sure you have all seen our fabulous general manager and famous cheesecake maker, Kim Walz, serving you food and drinks in our bar! Kim brings several years of experience as a server, manager, and even owner of the restaurant business. She has brought so much knowledge with her to Fenwick’s, and continues to help mold and shape our restaurant & bar into everything we aspire to be for our community! We appreciate her patience and hard work and can’t wait to see what all she can do for us.
Another new face you may see pop in and out of the kitchen is our new line cook, Jen! Jen also brings to Fenwick’s several years of restaurant experience as a previous server, and cook. She is always coming up with great ideas for our weekly specials, and is very patient with our servers during a rush— even when it gets tough 🤪 We are so happy Jen has joined our crew!
Lastly, these 3 familiar faces have been with us (some off and on) throughout the last few years, building great relationships with customers and giving us their best work. Carson is your mastermind behind the flavorful, juicy house-smoked brisket and many perfectly cooked steaks that come out of our kitchen. He puts in the work and hours, and couldn’t be more grateful for all he does for our kitchen so we are prepared and ready to serve you.
Alexis is the face you’ll see when you walk in to Fenwick’s! She puts in the hard work and willing to help wherever she is needed. She shows up every day to give our customers the best dining experience they can get and continues to build relationships with our community, and out-of-towners! Alexis helps create an awesome atmosphere on our family side, and enjoys serving each and every one of you!
Sully- not only is he the personality of Fenwick’s, but also someone who can help in any position! Sully started as a host, made his way to serving, and is now in the kitchen working expo to make sure your food comes out correct, and looking presentable! He has built so many relationships, and our customers love to see him working.
We appreciate all of these people more than they know, and everyone else who put in the work to make Fenwick’s what it is today, and what it will be to come!
We also wanted to give a huge thank you to those who continue to support us through many changes and challenges while we continue to work and grow into a better restaurant for our community.
