Please know that this new Hideout Lounge is in no way affiliated with our home away from home that was forced to close its doors years back.

It is NOT The original Hideout Lounge in any way, shape or form.
Please recognize that this is NOT our Hideout!
In no way is this new bar related to anyone who was an employee or owner of our bar.

We are very sorry to post that our longtime daytime bartender is in a very bad state. This was important enough to bring this page out of retirement and hope we get some of our community support together for Andy!

We’re happy to say that we are able to open our doors for one last time this weekend! After dealing with some legal issues, we’ve been granted permission to open through the 8th. We absolutely will be closing for good on the 8th but at least we have this last weekend together.

We’re going to open around 9:00 tonight and try to stay open for as many hours as possible before closing for good. Please come down, say goodbye, take care of your bartenders, and listen to some tunes.

We’re all sad that we have to close but we’re asking everyone to PLEASE be considerate of the property, the community, and each other. Let’s not leave anyone with a bad impression of our Hideout community as we all move forward together!

To all you who have reached out the last couple days and told the world what the Hideout meant to you, thank you.

To all you who have shared the times where monumental life events happened to you and the Hideout was involved, thank you!

To all of you who have shared memories, photos, or simply a “like”, thank you!

Our sincerest, heartfelt thanks!

This has been a very sad couple days for us and for you. Knowing we’re all still out there waiting to find the next place to connect is very heartening and has made this time easier. It’s very sad that we had to close our doors in such an unexpected manner without a proper goodbye. Whatever the Hideout meant to you, it still does. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing what it meant to all of you these past days. Please, keep it up and thanks for the great memories and relationships!!!

There are still some great, locally-owned bars in the neighborhood where we can connect and make new memories. See you at the next one, friends!

As you know, a lot of you have heard the sad news regarding us having to close.

To all of our loyal and loving customers who we consider our family, we are sad to say that we had to close our doors today. This was not anticipated.

To our surprise, we had to lock our doors today. And we are officially closed.

We planned on having a celebration of the ‘Hideout Lounge’ life, but ultimately, that is not possible at our location. We would like to do something at Jub Jubs and will keep you posted regarding details.

We encourage you to visit our sister bars.

Know that we love you all and we are devastated over this.

We love you and thank you for all the fun times we have shared over the last 51 years we have been open.
