Today we say goodbye to this old building, our amazing customers, and the best staff that anyone could ask for.
It has been the people that made Redwood what it is, and we are so grateful for those that contributed to our culture and family.
Please share with us your favorite memories at Redwood. We would love to take the day to reflect on the little moments that our community remembers.
And please stop in today to say goodbye in person. Our staff will be here with smiles on their faces to welcome you one last time!

Did you know that our rotisserie chicken took up to two days to make?
From brining to seasoning and skewering, our back of house team worked countless hours perfecting this process. We are so grateful for them and the love that they put into every dish that they prepared.
We are here for you all for just two more days. ♥️

Thinking about all the time we spent in the kitchen testing homemade desserts. Not professional pastry chefs, but we used family recipes and our own love of baking to recreate some of our favorites.
From bread pudding to cobbler to the occasional cheesecake, we've had a great time bringing our childhood flavors to the Reno community. ♥️
What was your favorite dessert of ours? If we re-open, what should be a staple on our dessert menu?

We are taking the next couple of days to reflect on our favorite menu items and memories here at Redwood.
The Tri Tip Salad was not only a customer favorite, but the dish that our staff went back to again and again.
Melissa would add avocado, Blake would get it rare with a side of garlic bread, and most would enjoy it exactly as is.
One of the many dishes that we will continue to think about long after our closing.
Come in anytime from now til Sunday to have it one last time in this building!

It is with great sadness that we share this news today - after 6 years of serving the Reno community, Redwood will be shutting it's doors this Sunday, July 23.
Sparing all the gritty details, this building - the same building that taught us not to judge a book by its cover, and that it's what's on the inside that counts - has reached the end of its life.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank YOU, our Reno community, for the support and love you've shown us throughout the years. We couldn't have accomplished any of this without our regulars and diehard fans. We set out to make a great restaurant and, with it, ended up creating a family.
While we don't know exactly what the future holds for Redwood, we know that we still want to bring our amazing food and service to the people somehow. Give us a follow on IG or FB and be on the lookout for future plans!
In the meantime, visit us anytime this week to get some rotisserie, a cocktail, and bid adieu to this beautiful building. We will be here every day from now til Sunday evening.
From everyone here at Redwood, we thank you and we will miss seeing your smiling faces!

Today is Melissa's last day at Redwood! Come in, say hi, and help us send her off to her new adventure in style.
While you're at it, get today's special - our signature burger with guac, pineapple pico, habanero aioli, and pickled red onions. Yum!

Well it finally happened... we put a whole brined turkey on the rotisserie! The result: juicy, tender, flavorful meat for our Turkey Pesto Club!
Come get it before it's gone... OR get our classic rotisserie chicken anytime. We'll see you soon!
