Now, he brings that same spirit of innovation to the vineyard.
The evening features a five-course menu paired with DiArie wines, including Lemon Herb Shrimp Bruschetta, Pan-Seared Scallops in Saffron Sauce, Classic Lasagna, Duck Ravioli in Brown Butter Cream, and a Warm Apple Tart finale.
