Meet the man behind the wine.

Join us for an unforgettable evening with DiArie Vineyard & Winery and special guest Chaim Gur-Arieh, Ph.D. — acclaimed food scientist, inventor, and winemaker. Before turning his attention to wine, Chaim helped shape iconic products including Cap’n Crunch cereal, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, Life Cereal, and early PowerBars.

Now, he brings that same spirit of innovation to the vineyard.

The evening features a five-course menu paired with DiArie wines, including Lemon Herb Shrimp Bruschetta, Pan-Seared Scallops in Saffron Sauce, Classic Lasagna, Duck Ravioli in Brown Butter Cream, and a Warm Apple Tart finale.

Important Update Regarding the DiArie Wine Dinner:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the DiArie Wine Dinner originally scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed and will now take place on Tuesday, June 16th.

All existing reservations through Eventbrite remain valid for the new date. We are also reaching out directly via email to all currently reserved attendees to ensure everyone is aware of the change.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We’re still looking forward to an incredible evening of thoughtfully paired wines, curated courses, and great company.

The best way to end the week? Ever-so-slightly spicy and a little dangerous.

Meet the Man On Fire — bold, citrusy, and finished with just enough heat to keep things interesting. Best enjoyed at the bar while pretending you only came in for “one drink.”

Introducing the Lasghetti — our increasingly famous, wildly indulgent mashup featuring lasagna stuffed with spaghetti, layered with our proprietary cheese blend, beef, Italian sausage, marinara, and finished with grated parmesan.

It’s a cheesy, creamy, flavor-packed comfort food with absolutely no self-control. And apparently, Reno & Sparks can’t stop ordering it.
