We'll go first:

Someone ordered a steak, added a lobster tail, finished with carrot cake AND banana cream pie, then capped it all off with a second cocktail before ordering clams to-go...

Before turning his attention to wine, Chaim helped shape iconic products including Cap’n Crunch cereal, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, Life Cereal, and early PowerBars.

Important Update Regarding the DiArie Wine Dinner:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the DiArie Wine Dinner originally scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed and will now take place on Tuesday, June 16th.

All existing reservations through Eventbrite remain valid for the new date. We are also reaching out directly via email to all currently reserved attendees to ensure everyone is aware of the change.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support. We’re still looking forward to an incredible evening of thoughtfully paired wines, curated courses, and great company.
