Great day handing out fun things for kids to do over the summer at the Denver Park today. Thankful to the Adamstown Library for putting this together each year! We handed out bags of goodies to 483 kids!!!!

Our Memorial day service looked a little different this year, but once again, our community stepped up and showed their support! We held our service at the pavilion this morning. We had a packed house. The rain did nothing to keep our Reinholds VFW Post 6759 family away! Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible. We all came together to honor the fallen on this somber day. Thank you to the Heidelberg band for always showing up for us no matter what. Thank you Addison McQuate for a beautiful rendition of our National Anthem. Thank you to our beautiful Poppy Queen and her helpers. A heartfelt thank you to Pastor Hollinger for inviting our wonderful speaker this year. Thank you to everyone from the Post and Auxiliary for helping prepare the service and luncheon where everyone was able to gather for food and fellowship. As always, thank you for supporting the BEST VFW with the absolute BEST members!

Good morning VFW community! We have made the decision to cancel the parade due to weather. We will have our service here at the VFW under our pavilion. Please join us. We would love to have you. There is a luncheon after for everyone. See you at 11:15 at the VFW.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten.
This Memorial Day, may we pause to reflect on the true meaning of the day and keep the families of our fallen heroes in our thoughts. 🇺🇸
